General Information

Welcome to Charlies Rooftop. By making a booking, attending the venue, or interacting with us online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Charlies Rooftop reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without any notice.

 

Conditions of Entry

Charlies Rooftop is an 18+ venue. All guests must carry valid photo ID and may be required to present it upon entry. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and venue policies.

 

Bookings, Functions & Events

Bookings can be made via our website, through OpenTable, or by emailing us at info@charliesrooftop.com. For group bookings of 16 or more people, please contact us via email to confirm availability and any specific requirements.

 

Private function/event bookings are available Monday–Thursday, large venue bookings (50+ guests) are available Friday–Sunday. Minimum spends may apply depending on day, group size and booking duration.

 

A deposit may be required to secure large group bookings, private functions or events. Deposits are applied to the final bill and are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking. If guest numbers decrease within this period, the deposit for the reduced guests will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us as early as possible. Bookings for large groups require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Repeated no-shows or cancellations could result in future booking requests being declined.

 

Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the confirmed booking time, after which the reservation may be released. If guest numbers are less than originally booked, the venue reserves the right to adjust the table allocation. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or refuse any bookings at any time.

 

Bottomless Lunch

Bottomless Lunch is $79 per person and includes one food item from our Shares or Sides menu, plus unlimited house beer, wine and spirits for the duration of the allocated seating time. 

 

There are two seating times available on Saturdays and Sundays: 12pm–2pm and 3pm–5pm. Bottomless service runs for the duration of the booked seating time and concludes at the end of the session, regardless of arrival time. At the conclusion of the first session, guests may be required to move to another table to allow staff to prepare for the next seating.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted via EFTPOS, credit card and cash in the venue. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary during special events or on public holidays - A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

 

Return Customer Deal

  • Applies to listed food menu items only.

  • Excludes Bottomless Lunch, minimum spends or function packages.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Not redeemable for cash or credit.

  • Subject to availability.

  • Offer is valid from 1st March 2026 – 31st March 2026.

Event Photography & Social Media

Charlies Rooftop employees, and/or contractors may take photographs or video recordings on the premises during events or service periods. By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for use in promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels and other advertising platforms. 

 

All images and recordings remain the property of Charlies Rooftop. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a staff member on arrival.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided through booking platforms, contact forms, online ordering systems or marketing sign-ups may be used to manage reservations, respond to enquiries and send promotional or marketing communications from Charlies Rooftop. Guests may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
