Welcome to Charlies Rooftop. By making a booking, attending our venue, or engaging with us online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information
Charlies Rooftop is a licensed hospitality venue located in Newcastle, NSW. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Please read them carefully before making a booking or attending the venue.


2. Age Restrictions
Charlies Rooftop is an 18+ venue. All patrons must carry valid photo ID and may be asked to present it upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.


3. Bookings & Group Reservations

• Bookings can be made via our OpenTable platform or by emailing info@charliesrooftop.com.

• For groups of 16 or more, please contact us directly to confirm availability and any specific requirements.

• Private function bookings are available Monday–Thursday, and half-venue bookings (50+ guests) are available Friday–Sunday. No venue hire fees or minimum spend apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse bookings where necessary.
  
   

4. Bottomless Lunch Bookings

• Bottomless Lunch is $75 per person, which includes unlimited house beer, wine, and spirits for 2 hours, plus one food item from our selected menu.

• Cocktail upgrades are available for an additional $30 per person.

• Bottomless sessions are paid in venue on the day, and not all guests at the table are required to participate.

• Management reserves the right to refuse additional alcohol service in accordance with RSA laws.
  
   

5. Behaviour & Venue Conduct
Charlies Rooftop aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. We kindly ask that patrons:

• Respect other guests, staff, and property

• Refrain from aggressive, antisocial or unsafe behaviour

• Follow staff instructions at all times

We reserve the right to remove any individual or group from the venue at our discretion and in compliance with NSW liquor licensing regulations.


6. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us as early as possible. We may require notice for large group cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.


7. Payments & Pricing

• All pricing listed is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are accepted via EFTPOS, credit card, and cash in venue.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, and may vary for special events or public holidays.
  
   

8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided through booking platforms or online contact forms will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations or responding to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Event Photography & Social Media
Charlies Rooftop may take photographs or video recordings at events or during service periods. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member on arrival.
